Sylvia Fowles scored a game-high 13 points and added 11 rebounds, as the Chicago Sky held on for a 61-59 win over the Washington Mystics at the Verizon Center.

Dominique Canty and Jia Perkins went for 11 and 10 points, respectively, for Chicago, which has won three straight and five of its last seven overall.

Crystal Langhorne ended with a team-high 12 points and nine boards for the Mystics, who have dropped two in a row after winning eight of their previous nine.

Trailing 61-58, Lindsey Harding was fouled from beyond the arc with two seconds to play and missed the first free throw before making the second. She then missed the third intentionally and Katie Smith's three-point attempt was off the mark, giving Chicago the narrow victory.
